Ambitious plans for a 3D feature?

Web Animation Studio is currently in the process of creating a concept for an animation feature! No, we will not be producing it.
We are planning to create all pre-production material in the form of:
1) Detailed Synopsis 2) All Major characters 3) Some still scenes
